Through SSA #60, NRC administers a facade improvement rebate covering 75% of exterior renovation costs for property owners and tenants.

The program provides a rebate of 75% of your costs, and the maximum rebate is $10,000 for 1 storefront or $20,000 for buildings with 2 or more storefronts.

Security Camera Rebate Program

NRC/SSA #60 administers a rebate covering 100% of security camera installation costs, capped at $1,200, for local businesses.

All commercial retail businesses located within SSA#60 are eligible for a one-time security improvement rebate that covers 100% of expenses with a rebate cap of $1,200.

Outdoor Dining Rebate Program

NRC/SSA #60 reimburses businesses up to $1,000 for costs of creating or maintaining sidewalk cafes and patio dining.
